Resistance

I am often called the “resistance coach.” This is because I specialize in helping writers who are struggling to show up actually write. A lot of people out there lose their love of writing as they get older; I’m here to help you rediscover it.

Spirituality

I am unapologetically “woo woo.” I am a firm believer that we are co-creators of our lives & I’m here to empower you to create your own. I consistently talk about the Universe, my spirit guides, and how we can lean into our spiritual resources in our writing.

You don’t have to be “woo” to enjoy my coaching; I’ve had several people who don’t lean that way still get a lot out of working with me. But if that’s your thing, you’re in the right place ❤️

 About Me

I see myself as a work-in-progress. I like to call my clients “fellow travelers” to embrace that we’re moving through this life together; there is no hierarchy.

I’m from the hills of California in a small town always dreaming of a bigger city. I loved to write and help others from an early age.

I attended a community college and became an English tutor, a mentor for an academic center, and worked on the student newspaper. I transferred to the University of California, Berkeley, where I majored in English Literature.

After graduating, I struggled a lot to fit into regular society. Little did I know that I was suffering from undiagnosed and untreated ADHD. Luckily, I was diagnosed in 2021, and have been thriving since.

In 2015, I discovered the Law of Attraction, and I began incorporating spiritual practices into my life. After a career in social work, I went back to school and earned my Master’s in Publishing at Portland State University. I worked with two literary agents, became a staff member at WriteOnCon, and kept writing my own work.

I soon realized that I wanted to combine my love of helping others, my spiritual beliefs, and my love of books and writing.

My coaching business was born.

While I have the education and training of the traditional publishing world, I was called to the creative. I want to help other writers embrace their fullest creative potential and manifest their dream lives.

I am here to push you to dream bigger & to show up for your art.
